A leading IT consulting firm in Santander, Spain seeks an IT Consultant specializing in CRM. You will drive business transformation, facilitate communication between headquarters and acquired businesses, and promote system launches. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in computer science or management-related fields.
• Familiar with OTC order to cash processes.
• IT project management experience preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project work under the guidance of PM and PMO, and output deliverables at each stage as required
• Act as a bridge to facilitate consensus between headquarter and acquired business at the solution level
• Promote the successful launch of the group level system at the acquired business sites
• Understand the current status of the systems
• Assist in identifying differences, lead the output of the gap list
• Based on business input, lead the output of the To Be solution
• Promote the achievement of consensus and the approval of the plan review
• Participate in the design of PRD Solution
• Promote business acceptance of the PRD
• Drive Business Transformation
• Drive Data Governance
• Organize test case writing
• Organize user to participate in and complete UAT
• Lead key user training
• Assist key users in training end users
• Participate in the design of cutover plan
• Lead business acceptance of cutover plan
• Organize data collection work
• Lead the achievement of cutover tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in computer science or management-related fields
• Familiar with OTC order to cash processes, including order management, configuration, production and sales, fulfilment, and business finance knowledge, with experience in corporate digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP product management is preferred;
• Possess strong logical thinking ability, capable of summarizing different requirements and abstracting business solutions, and achieving consensus with multiple business stakeholders
• Have IT project management experience, with experience in large-scale IT project implementation preferred;
• Fluent in spoken English & Spanish, strong communication skills
