CRM Business Analyst - Commercial & Mkt (Openbank)

Country: Spain

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group, currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion. Since our relaunch in 2017, we have expanded into countries including the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, and Argentina, with more in the pipeline.

Mission and responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Campaigns Plan: prioritize audiences, timing, and channels.
  • Collaborate with Business, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing teams to define target audiences and monitor results.
  • Communicate results using data visualization tools.
  • Analyze campaign results and suggest optimizations.
  • Translate data into Business KPIs and insights.
  • Verify customer-related process implementations with T&O.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and campaigns.
  • Extract knowledge from data in our AWS Data Lake to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or CRM.
  • Knowledge of Amazon AWS, data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau), SQL.
  • Problem-solving skills using data analysis.
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar tools.
  • Understanding of basic statistical concepts.
  • Experience handling large data sets and automating reports.
  • Preferred: knowledge of banking sector or financial products.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Results-oriented, team player, effective communicator, well-organized, and challenge-driven.
