Job Title: Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

1. Choosing appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy, providing a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
2. Maintaining proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their correctness.
3. Defining high-level tech strategy, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), aligned with all domains’ specific strategies.
4. Driving architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the product roadmaps and participating in their analysis.
5. Keeping high-level targets at domain level documented within the tech strategy.
6. Performing high-level impact analysis.
7. Ensuring architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
8. Creating a collaborative Architecture Community, collecting and analyzing innovative ideas and technologies.
9. Acting as an evangelist for frameworks, values, and vision, representing HBX at tech events.
10. Improving current architecture frameworks, especially for Java and Angular-based platforms.
