As such, teamwork, creativity, reliability and integrity are components of a work ethic taken very seriously since the company was founded in 1959.Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Credit Risk Support Analyst to be based in our Madrid office.Main responsibilities within the Credit Risk Support Analyst position include:- Monitor macro-economic, market indicators, daily news and prepare relevant reports.- Monitor rating changes and raise relevant limit requests.- Monitor post trade activity and breaches of credit limits.- Prepare various risk reports.- Maintain and control data quality in the credit risk management system.- Contribute to the improvement of the credit risk management system.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of credit risk management policies, guidelines and procedures.Key skills and experience required in this role:- University degree in Finance or Business administration.- Desirable experience in risk support tasks in financial entities, funds, banks, etc.- Fast, precise and reliable execution.- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.- Good business acumen for problem solving.- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders.- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.- Team player, but also able to work independently.- Flexible and open-minded.- Strong IT skills, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.- Fluency in English language.
