Your Role :

  • Identifying Strategic Opportunities – Analyse client needs and market trends to propose tailored M&A solutions.
  • Leading High-Value Negotiations – Drive deal structuring and execute negotiations that maximise value for all parties.
  • Managing the Full Deal Lifecycle – Guide clients from initial contact through due diligence to successful closing.
  • Building Strong Client Relationships – Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborating with Experts – Work alongside financial analysts, legal teams, and senior executives to optimise transaction success.

Your Profile :

  • Experience : 3+ years in M&A, investment banking, business sales, or strategic consulting.
  • Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to manage complex, high-value transactions with diplomacy and precision.
  • Client-Centric Approach : Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering results.
  • Analytical Mindset : Ability to assess financials, market conditions, and business models to structure winning deals.
  • Results-Driven Attitude : A track record of exceeding revenue targets and successfully closing deals.
  • Languages : Fluent English and at least one other European language are required; Italian is a strong plus.
