What are we looking for?

As a Credit & Collection Administrator at RICOH, you will be responsible for:

• Leading Credit risk, Collections, Litigation & Debt recovery processes for Ricoh Spain, Portugal, and France (Small Accounts).
• Leading a team of Line Managers and driving continuous improvements to increase performance, efficiency, and service.
• Monitoring and forecasting Collection performance, minimizing Bad debt provisions and write-offs for the countries considered.
• Managing process operations.
• Overseeing operational metrics, workforce quantity, and quality.

• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.

• Effective and confident communication skills (written and verbal).
