What are we looking for?

As a Credit & Collection Administrator in RICOH, you will be doing:

1. Lead Credit risk, Collections, Litigation & Debt recovery processes for Ricoh Spain, Portugal and France (Small Accounts).
2. Lead a group of Line Managers and drive continuous improvements to increase performance, efficiency & service.
3. Monitor and forecast Collection performance, minimise Bad debt provisions and write-offs for the countries considered.
4. In charge of processes operations’ management.
5. Responsible for operations and follow up the operational metrics as well as the quantity and quality of the workforce.

What do you need?

University degree.

Must have a strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers). Highly numerate & strong analytical skills. Must be able to prioritize and make decisions.

Delegation skills are required. Must be an effective and confident communicator (written and verbal). Must be able to motivate and generate enthusiasm throughout the organization.

Possess a winning spirit. Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills with ability to communicate at all levels through an organization.
