We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our credit card portfolio management efforts. As Senior Credit Card Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of our credit card portfolio, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement portfolio management strategies to optimize profitability and reduce risk.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with credit card portfolios, including credit risk, fraud risk, and regulatory risk.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.

Requirements :

• At least 10 years of experience in retail credit management, with a focus on credit card portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (engineering, statistics, math, economics, management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
