Formación

Descripción del empleo

The Creators Project Specialist is responsible for leading strategic projects with key Creators, integrating brand and product into content development. This role drives the ideation, creation, and execution of impactful content and experiences that align with brand goals.

The Creators Project Specialist will work closely with all areas of Marketing to coordinate efforts around key moments, athlete partnerships, and emerging opportunities.

In addition, they will manage a portfolio of Creators, maintaining daily communication and fostering strong relationships. This includes planning and overseeing the execution of events and projects, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision. The role also involves managing and educating teams on the tools and platforms used to identify, engage, and track Creator performance.

Finally, this person will play a key role in people management and team collaboration, fostering a unified “One Team” mindset across multiple simultaneous projects.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Identify & Manage Creators for Creating this Unique Projects:

  • Identify and manage a roster of Creators aligned with Marketing focus playgrounds and across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch).
  • Build long-term relationships with Creators and establish year-long plans based on shared passion points and interests.
  • Constantly pitch new talent to expand the talent pool across platforms.
  • Ensure that the editorial message (text, photo, moving images) is web-tailored, user-oriented, engaging, up-to-date, and accurate, building brand advocacy.
  • Be creative in elevating the Creators Projects Plan with new projects and opportunities.

Align with Strategy and connect to the plan across Departments:

  • Support all areas of the business (Sports, Culture, Brand, On-Premise) to amplify marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the main interface to Field Marketing and other areas to activate key events and projects.
  • Collaborate with Departments and global teams to find suitable talent and workflows.
  • Educate the company on ways of working, tactics, and successes in the Creators area.
  • Align Creators Projects with Brand Marketing to enhance penetration through Consumption Occasions.
  • Contribute to the Marketing One Team, adding value and quality to Red Bull Projects.

Reporting and Budget Management:

  • Monitor, track, and report program performance using insights tools.
  • Manage the budget for Red Bull Creator Projects.
  • Identify the best agencies and suppliers for projects.
  • Construct budget plans according to each project.

Your knowledge and expertise:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect professionally with people.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Talent Marketing, project leadership, or business development in a multinational environment, preferably in media, content, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of digital/media landscape and trends across print, websites, social networks, Creators, and mobile apps.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with various partners and stakeholders.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of content production, especially events and experiences.
  • Highly sociable, curious, solution-oriented, optimistic, and innovative.
  • Strong alignment with Red Bull's brand and product passion.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
