Identify & Manage Creators for Unique Projects:
- Identify and manage a roster of Creators aligned with marketing focus areas across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitch.
- Build long-term relationships with Creators and develop year-long plans based on shared passion points and interests.
- Consistently pitch new talent to expand the pool of Creators across platforms.
- Ensure that the editorial content (text, photos, videos) is tailored for the web, engaging, up-to-date, and supports brand advocacy.
- Innovate and elevate the Creators Projects Plan with new initiatives.
- Identify opportunities that Creators can bring to enhance our brand.
Align with Strategy and Collaborate Across Departments:
- Support various business areas, from Sports to Culture to Brand On-Premise, amplifying marketing initiatives aligned with their interests.
- Act as the main interface with Field Marketing and other departments to activate key events and projects.
- Collaborate with global teams to select suitable talent and establish workflows, integrating them into the Red Bull brand ecosystem.
- Educate the company on best practices, tactics, and successes in Creator collaborations.
- Align Creator Projects with Brand Marketing to enhance penetration during key consumption occasions.
- Contribute to the Marketing One Team, adding value and quality to Red Bull projects.
Reporting and Budget Management:
- Track and report program performance using insights tools.
- Manage the budget for Red Bull Creator Projects.
- Select and coordinate with agencies and suppliers.
- Develop budget plans for each project.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect professionally and effectively with diverse individuals.
- At least 4 years of experience, preferably as a Talent Marketing Project Leader or Business Development Specialist in a multinational environment, ideally in media, content, or communications sectors.
- Excellent understanding of digital media landscapes, trends, and competitors, including social networks, creators, and mobile platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, building relationships with partners, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of content production, especially events and experiences.
- Curious, innovative, solution-oriented, and optimistic.
- Strong alignment with Red Bull's brand and passion for the product.
- Excellent planning and project management competencies.
