Picsart is seeking a strategic creator-network lead to shape concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs for a global network. You’ll build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so agencies can visualise ideas, and you’ll drive tests to pick winners across markets.

You’ll coordinate with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, ensure fast iteration, and help scale successful formats and templates across languages. Strong English writing and cross-market collaboration are essential.

• A portfolio of social accounts you've grown, with measurable results.
• Experience directing creator networks and turning concepts into content.
• Hands-on content creation including rough cuts and scripts.

Responsabilidades

• Decide what creators make: concepts, hooks and scripts for weekly outputs.
• Write briefs creators can follow with clear directions and examples.
• Test the creative: run comparisons to identify winning formats.
• Coordinate with creators and editors to finish content and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify what converts and scale winning ideas across markets.
