Zusammenfassung

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas seeks a Creative Technology Trainee in Madrid to support automated content workflows and system maintenance. You’ll work with the Creative Technology Manager to design, test and document pipelines, templates and dashboards, strengthening content production at scale.

No prior professional experience is required; a related degree and bilingual Spanish/English are valued as you help optimize translations, DAM and AI-driven tools across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or Engineering.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable with Excel and curious about no-code automation tools.

Aufgaben

• Support the build, testing and documentation of automated content workflows.
• Maintain digital systems like Translation Management Software and DAM.
• Monitor tool performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze production data to spot automation opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations tracking Hub metrics.
• Assist in testing integrations and troubleshoot issues with IT.
• Contribute ideas for new automations based on research.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into Hub requirements.
• Support data organization and quality checks in the DAM/CMS.
• Document workflows and handover guides for teams.
