Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites applications for a Creative Technology Trainee in Madrid. You will help design, test and document workflows using AI tools, automation platforms, and data feeds to scale content production.

No prior professional experience is required; coursework and personal projects in data, automation, or digital tools are valued. Fluent Spanish and English are essential, with a curiosity for no‑code tools and GenAI.

• Fluent in Spanish and English written and spoken.
• Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets; curiosity for no-code/automation tools and GenAI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the build, testing and documentation of automated content workflows (image processing, translations, creative generation).
• Support daily maintenance of translations management and DAM systems, reviewing content for approval.
• Help monitor performance and output quality of Creative Hub tools and pipelines; flag issues or bottlenecks.
• Analyze production data (volumes, turnaround times, error rates) to identify further automation opportunities.
• Assist in preparing dashboards, reports and presentations that track Hub metrics for stakeholders.
• Support evaluation of new AI and automation tools; run small pilots and summarize findings.
• Maintain documentation, templates and process guides for handover to other teams.
• Coordinate with peer teams to translate production needs into Hub requirements.
• Provide basic data organization and quality checks within DAM/CMS environment.
• Assist with testing new integrations and troubleshoot issues with IT and external vendors.
• Contribute ideas for new automations based on research into AI/creative tech tools.
• Prepare internal communications explaining Hub capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of small projects end-to-end under guidance of Creative Technology Manager.

As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.

What will be your mission?

This position supports the creative production infrastructure team within the commercial & marketing organization, in building and maintaining the pipelines, templates and automations that other teams use to produce content at scale. This is not a creative execution role: the trainee will help design, test and document workflows (AI tools, automation platforms, data feeds) that make content production faster and more consistent across the organization. He/she will work closely with the Creative Technology Manager to analyze production data, monitor tool performance, and identify new opportunities for automation. Also this position will help to the daily maintenance of some our systems such as Translations Management and Digital Asset Management (DAM).

What will you do?

• Support the build, testing and documentation of automated content workflows (image processing, translations, creative generation).


• Support the daily maintenance of some of our digital systems, such as Translation Management Software and Digital Asset Management (DAM), reviewing content for approval.


• Help monitor the performance and output quality of Creative Hub tools and pipelines, flagging issues or bottlenecks.


• Analyze production data (volumes, turnaround times, error rates) to identify opportunities for further automation or process improvement.


• Assist in preparing dashboards, reports and presentations that track Hub metrics and impact for stakeholders.


• Support the evaluation of new AI and automation tools, running small pilots and summarizing findings.


• Help maintain documentation, templates and process guides so workflows can be handed over to and run by other teams.


• Coordinate with peer teams (Performance Marketing, Creative Content, E-commerce) to understand their production needs and translate them into Hub requirements.


• Support basic data organization and quality checks within the DAM/CMS environment.


• Assist with testing new integrations and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors.


• Contribute ideas for new automations or efficiencies based on independent research into emerging AI/creative tech tools.


• Support the preparation of internal communications explaining Hub capabilities to non-technical stakeholders.


• Take ownership of small, well-defined projects end-to-end under the guidance of the Creative Technology Manager.

No prior professional experience required. Personal projects, coursework, or side projects involving data, automation, or digital tools are valued.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field


• Fluent in Spanish and English written and spoken


• Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets; curiosity for no-code/automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier or similar) and GenAI tools for photo and video is a strong plus
