Experience with DTC UGC Ad Creative Strategy for E-Commerce brands is required. We are looking for an Ad Creative Strategist to join our team. As our creative head, you will be responsible for the ideation, scripting, planning, and managing of the entire creative process, with a focus on UGC ads and psychology-based creatives to be used across paid marketing channels.

Required: 3 to 5+ years of experience with E-Commerce advertising. Candidates should have prior experience creating paid advertisements specifically for DTC E-Commerce brands, performance creative, direct response marketing principles, and understanding how to iterate on creatives based on data. UGC ad experience is a big bonus.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Finding, managing, and sourcing new content for all marketing channels.
  2. Driving measurable improvements in advertising metrics through creative enhancements.
  3. Using performance data to analyze and improve creatives continuously.
  4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new creative concepts.
  5. Working fully remotely.
  6. Fluency in English.
  7. Experience with performance creative for DTC eCommerce, especially producing high-quality photos and videos for Facebook & Instagram.
  8. A deep understanding of interpreting digital advertising performance.
  9. Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed.
  10. Basic psychology-based copywriting skills.
  11. Producing end-to-end video ads for digital channels.
  12. Sourcing and managing budgets for UGC creators and creative agencies.
  13. Scripting, planning, briefing, and project managing video and photo ad production.

Initial screening involves a soft interview, followed by a long-form live technical interview with the head of marketing. Successful candidates can be eligible for up to 100% of their salary in quarterly performance bonuses.
