A dynamic haircare brand based in Spain is seeking an Ad Creative Strategist to lead creative processes with a focus on UGC ads. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5+ years of E-Commerce advertising experience and a knack for data-driven creative enhancements. This fully remote role offers a hands-on position in a growing company with the potential for significant performance-based bonuses.
Experience with DTC UGC Ad Creative Strategy for E-Commerce brands is required. We are looking for an Ad Creative Strategist to join our team. As our creative head, you will be responsible for the ideation, scripting, planning, and managing of the entire creative process, with a focus on UGC ads and psychology-based creatives to be used across paid marketing channels.
Required: 3 to 5+ years of experience with E-Commerce advertising. Candidates should have prior experience creating paid advertisements specifically for DTC E-Commerce brands, performance creative, direct response marketing principles, and understanding how to iterate on creatives based on data. UGC ad experience is a big bonus.

Your responsibilities include:
Initial screening involves a soft interview, followed by a long-form live technical interview with the head of marketing. Successful candidates can be eligible for up to 100% of their salary in quarterly performance bonuses.
