A creative marketing agency is looking for a Creative Strategist to design high-performing social media ads aimed at DTC brands. The ideal candidate has 4+ years' experience in online advertising, particularly on TikTok and Meta. This fully remote role offers flexible working hours and the chance to be part of a global, multicultural team. Strong creative, strategic, and leadership skills are essential.

• Experience at a performance marketing/creative agency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the creative and production process.
