Preply is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow our presence on TikTok and Snapchat from our Barcelona hub. You will shape strategy, create and appear in content, engage with our community, and work with teams across the business to bring fresh, culturally relevant content to life.

You’ll need hands-on video creation, trend awareness, and a proactive approach with strong copywriting. This role offers relocation to join our Barcelona hub if needed.

Formación

• 4–8 years of experience in organic social media and community management.
• Creative content creator with influencer or online creator experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish, German, Italian or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end strategy for TikTok and Snapchat, including planning, production, posting and measurement.
• Ideate, create and sometimes record scroll-stopping content tailored to each platform.
• Build and manage content calendars, coordinate shoots, and ensure timely delivery aligned with brand strategy.
• Actively manage communities via comments and DMs with witty, on-brand copywriting.
• Monitor performance, extract insights and optimize content based on what works.
• Spot trends, test new formats and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager, Employer Brand, Product, Influencer teams and external creators.
