Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for casting and booking all talent and contributors for both outdoor and studio shoots. This will include sourcing the highest level of models, hair /make-up, and stylists

● Own all elements of shoot production for Nöista and TYPAGAL main fashion, including location searches, sourcing caterers and props for shoots, booking travel, etc.

● Plan monthly/weekly shoot ahead of time in order to arrange all the tasks in a timely manner.

● Handle all paperwork and admin for shoots, including any necessary permits, insurance, and ensure all shoots meet every health and safety compliance as required.

● Send out call-sheets as required, and where required, be the liaison between all parties involved in every shoot to ensure clear communication on timings and logistics.

● Oversee the bookings and ensure budgets are up to date with accurate forecasts and actual spends, and invoices are processed and logged in a timely manner.

● Work closely with the head of brand to ensure accurate budget tracking, budget management, and to ensure maximum cost efficiency at all times.

● Prepared to work on e-commerce and editorial shoots when needed, researching suitable models and photographers to shoot all types of content, as well as working on the production of these shoots.

● Ability to upload final images to the internal server and DPS system, and ensure images are retouched with the correct outcome.

Requirements:

● 5+ years in fashion production

● Exceptionally organized and proactive

● Experienced in planning end-to-end processes from planning to delivering final work.

● A confident communicator and collaborator

● Passionate about fashion, trends, and flawless execution

● Experience in a best-in-class fashion company such as Inditex or Mango.
