Job Description :

The Investment Analyst provides critical financial analysis to support Cintra’s decision-making. Using financial models, the analyst evaluates project performance and identifies optimal investment opportunities, participating in business development and portfolio management in Europe & New Markets. Responsibilities include building and refining financial models, structuring analyses, and communicating findings and recommendations effectively.

Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and operate financial models tailored to each project's operating, commercial, and financial specifics.
  2. Assess new investments by determining optimal financial structures, analyzing project requirements, and developing financing strategies.
  3. Analyze complex financial data for project bids, transactions, and M&A activities.
  4. Present financial insights to senior management to evaluate project feasibility and profitability.
  5. Prepare detailed documentation and presentations for investment approval processes.
  6. Create Project Information Memorandums for stakeholders like lenders and investors.
  7. Collaborate with project management teams and external advisors on various analyses and documentation.
  8. Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing to assess financial robustness.
  9. Review procurement and financial documents with attention to project-specific requirements.
  10. Participate in bid and project reviews, including pro forma preparations.
  11. Manage multiple projects at different development stages.
  12. Work closely with team members in a collaborative environment to enhance learning and performance.
  13. Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) :

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • 1-4+ years of experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred.
  • High proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
Professional Qualities :
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and innovating in a dynamic environment.
Computer Skills :
