Plarium is seeking a Creative Manager to join the Global Creative Strategy team in Barcelona or remotely from Spain. You will work with Creative Strategists, Designers, Video Editors, and external partners to develop campaigns across multiple game genres.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven optimization, and innovative storytelling, with opportunities to influence marketing strategies across studios.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative marketing, advertising, gaming, or digital content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative briefs, concepts, scripts, and storyboards for performance campaigns across game genres.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, artists, and external partners to bring ideas to life.
• Improve creative performance using data, insights and industry best practices.
• Explore new formats, storytelling techniques, AI tools, and production workflows.
• Analyze campaign results and iterate on concepts based on measurable data.
• Stay updated on gaming, advertising, social media, and creative trends.
