GAMMAUX is seeking a Project Manager for its internal creative agency serving a leading financial services client. You will nurture internal client relationships, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure high-quality outcomes across creative, marketing, and CX initiatives.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate timelines and budgets, and contribute to proposals and pitches. A hybrid model with two days in office is offered.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, digital marketing or agency environments.
• Excellent project management skills with experience using PM tools.
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken); Spanish a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for internal clients, building long-term relationships and aligning with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across creative, digital, marketing and CX initiatives.
• Oversee planning, timelines, resources, budgets, documentation and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, CX, development, copywriting, production) for smooth execution.
• Support business units globally and maintain brand consistency across deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations and internal pitches.
