Creative Lead – Strategy, Content & Campaigns
We’re looking for a strategic creative who knows how to pull together a team, a concept, and a campaign — someone who can connect the dots across content, design, video, and branding, while keeping everything aligned with real goals and timelines.
You’ll be joining a team that’s already producing a wide range of creative work — from brand identities and ad campaigns to internal content and social media. Your role is to help raise the standard, streamline the execution, and bring creative direction across everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading creative direction across content, design, video, and campaign output
- Working closely with the design, content, and video teams to make sure everything stays sharp and aligned
- Reviewing and improving how we brief, produce, and ship creative work
- Helping shape brand tone, messaging, and visual identity for both clients and internal projects
- Contributing to campaign strategy — from concept to execution
- Giving clear feedback, managing deadlines, and helping the team stay focused
- Balancing the creative with the practical — making sure great ideas get delivered
- Supporting a system that encourages both autonomy and consistency

- Strong experience managing creative work across multiple formats and teams
- A solid eye for detail and the ability to spot what makes content land — or fall flat
- Confidence reviewing design, copy, and video — and giving feedback that helps people improve
- The ability to zoom out and see how all the creative pieces fit into a strategy
- A natural sense of leadership without ego — someone who makes things better by showing up
- Experience working in fast-moving environments where creativity, clarity, and consistency matter
