The role

We’re looking for a dynamic, bold, and highly creative Creative Director to lead the charge at our small but growing creative agency. Working primarily with B2B SaaS tech clients, you’ll take the reins of audiovisual content development, from ideation through final delivery. If you’re a master at crafting fresh, irreverent, and innovative ideas that break through the noise—whether for organic content, classic advertising, or scroll-stopping social media assets—we want to hear from you. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our creative agency while having fun and making brands unforgettable.

This is a full-time role.

Core responsibilities

  1. Lead creative vision - you will develop and execute bold creative strategies for our clients that deliver on both client goals and audience engagement.
  2. Content creation oversight - you’ll lead audiovisual content teams through every stage of the creative process—from conceptual development and pre-production to post-production and final delivery.
  3. Innovative campaigns - on limited budgets you’ll need to generate out-of-the-box ideas for brand content, ensuring they’re innovative, irreverent and always aligned with the brand’s unique voice.
  4. Team leadership - you will be required to inspire, mentor, and collaborate with a team including in-house writer, designer and brand strategist as well as freelance producers and DOPs to produce high-quality work.
  5. Client collaboration - partner with clients to understand their needs and objectives while championing creative solutions that push boundaries.
  6. Brand strategy - help shape and evolve our clients’ brands, ensuring their content stays fresh and relevant across all platforms.
  7. Market trends & insights - it’ll be essential to stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging creative techniques to continually elevate our work.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

  1. Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative role, preferably within an agency environment or startups.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and surprising work across video, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  3. Exceptional ability to ideate fresh concepts, particularly for B2B audiences, and execute them to the highest standard.
  4. A genuine passion for crafting bold, funny, and irreverent content that stands out.
  5. Expertise in leading audiovisual content creation, including working with writers, designers, animators, and video production teams.
  6. Deep understanding of creative development, pre-production, and post-production processes, as well as technical fulfilment of creative briefs in the video space.
  7. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching creative concepts to clients.
  8. Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and motivating diverse creative teams.
  9. Professional proficiency in English and some Spanish as a bonus.

The Perfect Fit Will Also Have

  1. Experience working with B2B SaaS or tech clients.
  2. Knowledge of how cutting-edge tools and software for video production can enhance creativity and efficiency.
  3. Background in storytelling or comedy writing.
  4. A track record of success in building an agency’s creative brand or reputation.
  5. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts results.
  6. You thrive on pushing creative boundaries and love experimenting with bold, irreverent, and unconventional ideas.
  7. You balance creativity with strategy, ensuring your work meets business objectives while still standing out.
  8. You’re both a visionary and a hands-on creator, equally comfortable dreaming big and diving into the details.
  9. You take pride in staying ahead of trends and exploring new platforms, styles, and formats to create innovative content.
  10. You’re excited by the challenge of shaping a growing agency, bringing both leadership and fresh energy to the table.
  11. You’re a problem-solver at heart, capable of finding creative solutions to budget or time constraints without sacrificing quality.

Location

This position is based in Barcelona, Spain. We won't be taking candidates that aren't able to live in Barcelona. For all non-contract positions, you must have the right to work in Spain.

Working model

As of 2025, our full-time team will be adopting a 4-day workweek with Fridays off.

Most of us work hybrid-remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 1-2 days a week to collaborate and connect.

For this role, you may need to be present more often especially during the initial training period.

Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments.
