Descripción del puesto

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Creative Designer with strong experience in digital design and animation. This is not a conceptual or creative direction role — we need someone who can execute high-quality visual work, adapt and retouch designs, and deliver final artwork efficiently.

You’ll work closely with our design studio team, contributing to digital campaigns, static and animated assets, and production-ready artwork. Agency background and a strong visual portfolio are a must.

Responsabilidades

• Adapt and create designs across digital platforms.
• Execute and finalize artwork, ensuring visual and copy accuracy.
• Perform basic photo retouching.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to meet deadlines.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Cualificaciones

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Animation tools: Adobe Animate (or similar).
• Basic knowledge of photography and lighting.
• Experience with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools will be a plus.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and communicative.
• Innovative eye for layout, design, and trends.
• Motivated and enthusiastic, ideally with agency experience.
• Strong portfolio (mandatory) showcasing relevant digital work.
• English: Intermediate to good level.
