zooplus is seeking a Senior Creative Automation Manager to lead Generative AI adoption and automation across Design and Creative teams. This individual contributor role drives scalable solutions, improving production, localization, and content optimization across marketing channels.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid setup (60% in office, 40% at home), you will partner with Design, Marketing, Analytics, AI, and Technology to turn creative and business challenges into data-driven workflows.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Creative Technology, Marketing Automation, Digital Production, AI, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and AI-enabled creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of digital creative production across multiple marketing channels.
• Experience designing or improving scalable workflows, processes, or operational frameworks.
• Understanding of performance marketing and how creative assets contribute to campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Generative AI and Creative Automation strategy for the Design organization.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions that improve creative production, localization, adaptation, and content optimization.
• Design and scale automated workflows for creative asset creation, versioning, resizing, distribution, and localization.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to integrate AI and automation into day-to-day creative workflows.
• Develop frameworks for creative testing, experimentation, and performance optimization using data-driven insights.
• Establish best practices, governance, prompt libraries, and quality standards for the responsible use of AI in creative production.
• Define and monitor success metrics for automation initiatives and continuously improve workflows based on business impact.
• Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across creative teams.
