JR Spain busca un Diseñador Gráfico creativo con más de 3 años de experiencia para unirse a su equipo en Madrid. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en la creación de soluciones visuales para plataformas digitales, sociales y web, manejando múltiples proyectos de manera efectiva. Se requieren habilidades en Adobe Creative Suite y Figma, así como una cartera diversa de trabajos de diseño. Esta es una oportunidad emocionante para contribuir a importantes campañas de marca dentro de una cultura inclusiva.

Formación

  • Experiencia de 3 años en diseño gráfico o dirección de arte.
  • Diverso portafolio de proyectos de diseño.
  • Compromiso con el trabajo de alta calidad.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar conceptos creativos y soluciones de diseño alineadas con las directrices de la marca.
  • Traducir briefs en diseños visuales atractivos.
  • Crear activos visuales de alta calidad para diversas plataformas.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Translate briefs into visually compelling designs.
  • Generate innovative ideas and approaches to design challenges.
  • Create mood boards, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate ideas.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand identity and best practices.
  • Design high-quality visual assets for various platforms:
  • Video content (graphics, animations, title sequences)
  • Social media (posts, stories, profile designs)
  • Website (landing pages, graphics, UI elements)

Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and technical specifications. Manage multiple projects, collaborate with teams, and maintain brand consistency. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements
  • Ability to create original ideas and build upon concepts for innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and wireframing tools.
  • Experience designing for digital, video, social media, and web platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile UI/UX principles.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction.
  • A diverse portfolio of design projects.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Ownership, accountability, and high-quality work commitment.
