We are looking for a dynamic person, with initiative, very strong communication skills, who is goal-oriented and competent in creating and maintaining conversations with clients. Your main responsibilities will be:
Contact potential clients to advise them and subsequently close the sale of the different available products (courses, accommodation, activities, ...) taking into account their motivations, needs, and interests.
Gain extensive knowledge of all products and services available and adapt them to the needs of the client to guarantee their satisfaction.
Provide all the information required by the client, resolve their doubts, and incidents arising within the sales process.
Track customer requests and queries proactively.
Ensure customer loyalty by fulfilling the phases, deadlines, and commitments.
Process reservations, modifications, cancellations, and resolve incidents.
Carry out all administrative tasks associated with the position.
Requirements:
High level of English + intermediate Spanish.
Active listening and empathy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valuable experience in international (business or educational) environments.
