We are the Selection & Executive Search division of AUREN Personas, a unit that offers specialized Human Resources consulting services.

Currently, we are collaborating with HalfPrice, a retail chain belonging to the CCC Group. It is an off-price retail concept offering a wide range of products from well-known brands at attractive prices, including clothing, footwear, cosmetics, toys, and home furnishings and accessories.

Development is HalfPrice's top priority, which is why they launched this ambitious project with passion. The first 5 stores opened in May 2021, and now there are over 130 stores across Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, and recently in Italy and Spain.

We are currently seeking a Country Sales Manager for Spain.

About the Role:

We are seeking a bold, results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead the commercial success of HalfPrice in Spain.

This position will be fully responsible for sales performance, expansion, operational excellence, and team leadership across all retail operations in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the market: Lead all retail operations in Spain, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
  • Deliver results: Set and exceed sales and profitability targets across the retail network.
  • Lead with impact: Inspire and develop high-performing regional and store teams to foster a customer-first culture.
  • Scale the brand: Identify and lead market expansion opportunities, including new store openings, local partnerships, and location strategies.
  • Strategize and execute: Convert regional and global strategies into actionable local business plans with accountability for results.
  • Analyze and optimize: Use performance data and market insights to improve business performance and customer satisfaction continuously.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Marketing, VM, HR, Logistics, Finance, and HQ teams to ensure brand consistency and operational synergy.
  • Champion the customer: Ensure every customer interaction aligns with our brand promise of quality, value, and discovery.

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in country- or region-level retail leadership, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or fast-paced consumer sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the local retail landscape, customer behavior, and operational best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to energize large, dispersed teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with focus on P&L, KPIs, and business outcomes.
  • Experience in market expansion and store network growth is a plus.
  • Strategic, agile thinker capable of balancing execution with long-term vision.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
