A rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Country Sales Manager to lead market entry and expansion in Spain. The role involves driving commercial operations, building a sales team, and developing strategies to enhance the company's presence in the Spanish pharmaceutical market. Ideal candidates will have prior sales leadership experience in pharmaceuticals and fluency in Spanish.

  • Prior experience as a Sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in oncology and/or auto-immune therapeutic areas.
  • Native or fluent Spanish speaker.

Planet Pharma is currently working with an established biopharmaceutical company that is now looking to establish its European footprint. They are seeking a Country Sales Manager to lead market entry and growth in Spain.

This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to advance their career by building and leading a sales team across Spain, supporting the company's growth and development in the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial operations and establishing the company's presence in the Spanish pharmaceutical landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Market analysis, business development, stakeholder management, and brand building to ensure the success of existing and future products.
  2. Developing and executing country-level sales and marketing expansion strategies.
  3. Building and managing key relationships with hospitals, procurement groups, and regulatory authorities.
  4. Driving sales of current products and supporting the launch of pipeline products.
  5. Building and managing a local commercial sales team.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by developing commercial strategies and building a team to implement them.

The ideal candidate will have:
