A leading biopharmaceutical company seeks a Country Sales Manager to spearhead market entry and growth in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to develop commercial strategies and build a sales team, making a significant impact on the company's European expansion. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly oncology or auto-immunity, and be fluent in Spanish.

Formación

  • Prior experience as a Sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience within oncology and/or auto-immunity therapeutic areas.
  • Native/fluent Spanish speaker.

Responsabilidades

  • Drive commercial operations and establish company presence in Spain.
  • Develop and execute country-level sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage key relationships with hospitals and regulatory authorities.

Country Sales Manager - Brand new role in Growing Biopharmaceutical Company - Spain

Planet Pharma is currently working with an established biopharmaceutical company who are now looking to establish their European footprint, and they are looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead market entry and growth in Spain.

This is a really exciting role if you're looking to take your career to the next level and support in building your own sales team across Spain to establish this company's growth and development across Spain.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial operations and establishing company presence in the Spanish pharmaceutical landscape. You will be responsible for market analysis, business development, stakeholder management and brand building ensuring success of existing and future products. You will also be responsible for : Developing and executing country level sales and marketing expansion strategies Developing and managing key relationships with hospitals, procurement groups and regulatory authorities Driving sales of current products and support in the launch of pipeline products Build and manage a local commercial sales team

This is your chance to take on a role that you can really put your on stamp on by taking ownership of developing commercial strategy and building a team to execute that strategy.

For this position, our client is looking for someone who has : Prior experience as a Sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry Experience within the oncology and / or auto-immunity therapeutic areas Native / fluent Spanish speaker
