We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our biologics sales strategy, with a strong focus on oncology and autoimmune diseases . This role offers a unique opportunity to drive market expansion, build relationships with key stakeholders, build teams and enhance patient access to innovative biologic therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives in oncology and autoimmune biologics .
  • Market Development : Identify growth opportunities, analyze market trends, and drive business expansion through targeted initiatives.
  • Key Account Management : Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement decision-makers.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve commercial success.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to align commercial strategies with brand objectives.
  • Compliance & Ethics : Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with strong expertise in biologics , particularly within oncology and autoimmune disease markets .
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Commercial Acumen : Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and healthcare systems.
  • Leadership & Communication : Strong ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders, and drive strategic discussions.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking : Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and reimbursement pathways.
  • Market Knowledge : Strong knowledge of Biological pharmaceutical market in Spain
