A leading company in energy storage solutions is seeking a Senior Global Strategy Manager to oversee international market expansion. The role involves formulating strategic plans, managing multinational teams, and developing partnerships within the global energy landscape. Candidates should possess extensive experience in foreign trade, with strong leadership and negotiation skills, and be capable of navigating complex international environments.

  • Global strategic planning and execution : Formulate a 5-year strategic plan for overseas markets of the company's energy storage products, covering global layout of commercial & industrial energy storage and large-scale energy storage product lines, and build a market expansion matrix covering key regions such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Lead the establishment of an overseas market research think tank, predict global energy policy changes and energy storage market trends through big data analysis and industry expert networks, and output at least 3 industry-influential market analysis reports every year.
  • Multinational team system building : Lead the establishment of a global foreign trade operation system, team building and process standardization. Formulate a talent echelon training plan, and cultivate sales personnel with cross-cultural management capabilities within 3 years through the model of "internal incubation + overseas headhunting".
  • Global customer ecosystem management : Establish a hierarchical customer management system, lead high-level docking and strategic cooperation negotiations with international energy groups, and promote the establishment of long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Full-cycle management of multinational projects : Coordinate and manage the company's overseas energy storage project portfolio, and formulate a full-process standardization system covering supplier audit, technical docking and performance delivery.
  • Construction of global brand marketing system : Formulate a global brand marketing strategy, and jointly build a brand visual identity system and value proposition with top international consulting companies. Coordinate the whole-channel communication matrix of overseas exhibitions, industry forums and digital marketing.
  • 6. 协同发展 of capital and industry : Connect with international investment institutions and industrial capital, and promote joint ventures, cooperation and M&A projects in overseas markets. Lead the establishment of an overseas market risk early warning mechanism, formulate emergency plans to deal with trade barriers and geopolitical risks, and ensure the steady development of overseas business.

Qualifications

  • Professional background : Bachelor's degree or above in new energy, international trade and other related majors, more than 10 years of foreign trade work experience in the energy storage industry, including more than 5 years of multinational team management experience. Have a good understanding of the global energy market landscape, be familiar with the energy storage policies and access rules of major markets such as Europe, America and Southeast Asia, and have complete cases of successfully leading the development of overseas markets from 0 to 1.
  • International leadership : Have cross-cultural team management experience, be proficient in using English as the working language, and those with second foreign languages such as French and Spanish are preferred. Have practical experience in building overseas offices, personnel building and operation management.
  • Resource integration and negotiation skills : Have high-level personal connections in international energy giants, multinational engineering companies, etc., and have successful cases of leading billion-yuan project negotiations. Be familiar with international business negotiation strategies and legal frameworks, and be proficient in using international trade terms and cross-border settlement tools.
  • Innovative thinking and stress resistance : Have digital marketing thinking and be able to lead the construction of an overseas market digital operation system. Adapt to frequent international business trips (10-15 days of overseas travel per month), be able to make quick decisions in complex international environments, and those who have led the response to major risk events such as anti-dumping investigations and of exchange rates are preferred.
