We are currently seeking a Country/Regional Sales Manager to join our French team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital solutions for advertising spaces. This is a freelance position with remuneration based on success, 20% on any contract. Opportunities for growth and development within our company are available.

The company has over 20 years of expertise in Switzerland and France in digital solutions for advertising spaces, and we believe that a development in Spain could generate exciting opportunities and synergies.

Our line product to develop:
Interactive screens and digital marketing development for companies.

You will join a sales team located in France and take responsibility for our sales activities in Spain.

Position: Regional Sales/Country Manager

Location: Spain, Barcelona, remote

Employment type: Freelance

Remuneration: 20% on contract distributor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Detect new potential partners and help them improve their skills to be part of our core sales network.
  • Prepare formal proposals and presentations, present to all levels of the organization including executives, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
  • Manage and develop significant key partner relationships, facilitating executive-level relationships between the customer and its partners, including communication on strategic and tactical issues.
  • Research and develop lists of potential customers; regularly follow up on leads and act to close deals.
  • Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service; understand the strategies, goals, and objectives of named accounts.
  • Develop strategies for sustained management and success of business and coordinate resources to ensure goals are met.
  • The position has a strong international dimension.
  • Be the primary point-of-contact for named enterprise accounts, maintaining contact at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Native/fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Prior experience in Digital Solutions for at least 3 years.
  • Understanding of companies' needs and product development.
  • Self-motivated, gaining satisfaction from providing excellent customer service.
  • Problem-solving abilities and strong logical analytics.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
