A leading automotive solutions provider in Barcelona is seeking a highly motivated graduate for a 24-month VIE Contract role. You will support project management, communicate with OEMs, and gain international exposure in the automotive sector. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Formación

• Degree from a recognized engineering or business school.

Responsibilities

You will join a team of passionate engineers in our offices in Sant Andreu de la Barca and be given responsibilities in the product project team by coordinating with many internal stakeholders in different departments and the client.

• Supporting the Program Manager and connecting with the team and other department during the industrialization of the project(s)
• Communicating with the OEM representatives
• Taking the lead in Scope Changes management under supervision of the PM
• Supporting the PM to control risks of deviations on timing deadlines or budgeted costs
• During launch period, visiting the production plant and following-up close quality issues and launch activities

This role will give international exposure and the first responsibilities in a working environment with potential further development in a career in the company.

Profile

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school with knowledge in business or a recognized business school with a strong interest for a technical environment. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership. You have an interest for the automotive industry and a first experience or internship in this sector can be a plus.

You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, and you can demonstrate a clear willingness to embark on an international career. You are also rigorous and result-oriented as well as customer-oriented.

Proficiency in both English and Spanish are necessary.
