Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FinTech, startups, or Business Banking.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese FinTech landscape, particularly in Business Banking.
  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) and additionally native-level of Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

Do you have deep expertise in the Banking industry, particularly Business Banking, and experience in managing CPAs, negotiating partnerships, and developing commercial strategies? Are you passionate about expanding into new markets and shaping products to meet local business needs?

We’re looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Country Manager for Spain & Portugal to drive our growth efforts. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and commercial strategies, forging key partnerships, and ensuring our products align with the needs of businesses in both markets. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of Vivid’s expansion in Southern Europe, playing a pivotal role in our continued success.

Your Mission

  • Drive market growth by developing and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to Spain and Portugal.
  • Lead marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, branding, and performance marketing, ensuring cost-effective CPAs.
  • Establish and manage key partnerships with local financial institutions, payment providers, and other strategic partners to accelerate business growth.
  • Support product development by providing insights into local market needs, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize marketing budgets and performance metrics to maximize ROI on acquisition and branding efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including product, compliance, and operations—to align strategies and ensure market success.
