Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead and expand its presence in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry in the Madrid, Spain market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, team leadership, marketing strategy execution, and P&L management.

This role requires a minimum of three years of business development experience in FX & CFDs and at least two years of managing a team of BDMs and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  2. Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers and oversee marketing efforts.
  3. Drive client acquisition and retention strategies for sustainable growth.
  4. Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
  5. Manage P&L to meet revenue and budget targets.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  7. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
  9. Provide insights on market trends, competition, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of business development experience in FX & CFDs.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience managing BDMs and marketing strategies.
  4. Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
  5. Proven P&L management and strategic planning skills.
  6. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  8. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and marketing analytics.
  9. Multilingual skills are a plus, especially relevant languages for the market.
