Mercier Consultancy is expanding our recruitment team and seeking a qualified Freelance Recruitment Partner specializing in English-speaking talent acquisition. If you are passionate about connecting candidates with fulfilling career opportunities, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic and innovative team.

Type: Freelance

Your Role:

• Engage in the sourcing, screening, and placing of top English-speaking candidates for our clients.
• Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates while maintaining a supportive relationship.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique hiring requirements and culture.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects while ensuring timely placements.
• Utilize various platforms to enhance candidate outreach and network effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record in recruitment, ideally in a freelance or agency setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• A strong understanding of various roles and industries is advantageous.
