We are seeking an exceptional professional with relevant experience who is passionate about eCommerce and entrepreneurship. The new Head of Spain / Portugal will join the Executive Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role heading into the next growth phase. A successful candidate will build out sales team, oversee growth initiatives and operational improvements within the market.
Experience
6+ years of professional experience
relevant experience in eCommerce in the region (marketplaces, eShops, eCommerce Saas Solutions, Fulfilment providers, shipping automation companies etc.)
excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish,knowledge of Portuguese will be a plus)
comfort with customer relationship management
team player with a passion for learning
flexible, professional, accurate, and structured
outgoing, friendly, and fun to be around
Tasks
build and manage a high-performing local team (support, business development & optionally tech)
drive Business Development Initiatives (local markets partnerships, paid media, email campaigns)
