Role overview:

As a Country Growth and Marketing Consultant (Spain), you will develop and execute go-to-market and launch strategies, managing above-the-line channels to build awareness and favorability in Spain. This includes planning multi-channel marketing for client acquisition and influencing product positioning. Pre-launch activities involve localization, marketplace operations, and marketing, while post-launch focuses on growth strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop go-to-market and launch strategies.
  2. Build and represent BetterHelp as a brand in Spain.
  3. Manage marketing channels to increase awareness and favorability.
  4. Collaborate with headquarters and local partners.
  5. Plan growth partnerships for user acquisition and brand recognition.
  6. Oversee translations of creatives and user communications across channels.
  7. Identify and onboard local marketing partners.
  8. Gather market and consumer insights for product positioning.

  • Worry about startup financial runway; we are fully funded.
  • Be confined to a single role; involvement in product, marketing, and strategy is expected.

Our team is remote, based in California, with flexible EU hours and occasional visits to San Jose covered by us.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in fast-paced tech companies.
  • 5+ years in consumer marketing.
  • Experience launching new markets is a plus.
  • Experience in health sector or subscription businesses is a plus.
  • Passion for impactful work and a collaborative community.
