Role Overview

As a Country Growth and Marketing Consultant (Spain) , you will develop and execute go-to-market and launch strategies, managing above-the-line channels to build awareness and favorability in Spain. This involves planning multi-channel marketing for client acquisition, influencing product positioning, and managing pre- and post-launch activities including localization, marketplace operations, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market and launch strategies
• Build and represent BetterHelp as a brand in Spain
• Manage marketing channels to increase awareness and favorability
• Collaborate with HQ and local partners
• Plan and execute growth partnerships and marketing campaigns
• Manage translations of creatives and user communications
• Identify and onboard local marketing partners
• Gather market and consumer insights for product positioning

• Worry about startup runway or funding; we are fully backed
• Be confined to a single role; involvement across product, marketing, and strategy is expected
• Work with negativity or office politics; we value positivity and collaboration
• Experience work burnout; we promote work / life balance

Based in California, we operate fully remotely. EU employees will work local hours with some overlap with US team hours. Occasional visits to San Jose, CA, are covered and encouraged.

Requirements

• 10+ years in fast-paced tech companies
• 5+ years in consumer marketing
• Experience launching new markets is a plus
• Experience in health sector or subscription businesses is a plus
