Your role at Hostinger: Country manager in the international growth team. You will be responsible for expanding Hostinger’s market share in the US by understanding target customers, evaluating channels, optimizing key metrics, and setting strategic country-level goals.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Market Expansion & Investment:
  2. Design and own the market strategy, ensuring incremental growth.
  3. Evaluate channels to identify key growth drivers and implement channel orchestration.
  4. Manage budget allocation based on data, opportunities, and strategic goals, balancing immediate performance with long-term investments and testing.
  5. Align investments with seasonality and local competition, balancing short-term needs with sustainable growth.

Business Development & Partnerships:

  1. Establish high-impact partnerships with businesses, opinion leaders, and government entities to scale growth.
  2. Focus on strategic, high-value collaborations rather than small tactical initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work with Marketing teams on channel-specific execution, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies.
  2. Provide localization guidance to resonate with the local market.
  3. Inform hiring plans based on growth and market needs.

Voice of Market & Customer:

  1. Provide market insights, trends, and cultural information to inform pricing, campaigns, and product development.
  2. Lead customer research to uncover new opportunities.
  3. Ensure Hostinger is seen as a trusted brand locally.
  4. Represent the company in the market as the voice and face of Hostinger.

Your skills and experience:

  • Ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
  • Experience in setting goals, evaluating opportunities, and developing market entry strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, optimizing LTV/CAC, ROAS, and profitability.
  • Skill in identifying channels, driving revenue, and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in leading teams and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Capability in building partnerships and managing stakeholders and contracts.
  • Knowledge of market challenges, regulations, and uncertainties.
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas and align teams.
  • Proficiency in using analytics to improve business performance.
