Arrive is seeking a Country Director for the Parking Business Unit to lead growth and strategic expansion in the designated country. You will drive revenue, manage P&L, and align local efforts with global objectives while navigating regulatory landscapes and building key client partnerships.

You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and marketing, and serve as the local ambassador to government bodies and industry stakeholders.

Formación

• 8–12+ years of sales and business development experience.
• 1-3+ years in a senior leadership or country management role (mobility, B2G, B2B, or tech) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of local market, regulatory environment, and customer needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Based in Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon.

The Role

As the Country Director within our Parking Business Unit (Distribution EU/UK), you will be a strategic leader driving the overall success and growth of our business within your designated country. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will act as the primary representative of Arrive locally, ensuring alignment with global objectives while expertly navigating local market dynamics. This is a critical leadership position where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve ambitious revenue targets, foster strong client relationships, and meaningfully expand our market footprint.

Your background

• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development, with 3–5+ years in a senior leadership or country management role (preferably within mobility, B2G, B2B, or technology).
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, managing P&L and operational budgets, and driving significant business growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of the local market landscape, regulatory environment, and specific customer needs.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaborative tools like Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English and the local language of the designated country.
• This role is based in Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon
