Job Overview

Welcome Pack and Programa Bring a Friend (economic reward) are offered. We're looking for Technical support and Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Madrid for a prestigious high-end automotive company.

Responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service in Portuguese, English, and Spanish via phone and email to clients of a renowned luxury car brand.

What We Offer

• On-the-job training included in your contract.
• Competitive salary according to the teleoperator category + language bonus (€22,500 gross per year).
• Full-time contract (39hs) with a schedule from 10am - 7pm.
• Monday to Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends off!
• Hybrid modality: On-site 3 days (at the client's offices based in Madrid) and W@H 2 days per week.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual level in Portuguese (PT).
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Experience in technical support, ideally within the technology sector.
• Experience with social media is a plus.
• Residence in Madrid is mandatory (or willing to relocate).
