A leading customer service company in Madrid is looking for Technical Support and Customer Service Representatives. You will provide exceptional support in Portuguese, English, and Spanish for a prestigious automotive client. The role offers a full-time contract with competitive salary of €22,500 gross annually, and a hybrid work modality. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and residency in Madrid is mandatory.

Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in Portuguese? Do you have advanced English and Spanish skills and want to work for a prestigious high-end automotive company? We're looking for Technical support and Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Madrid!

What you'll do

• Provide top-notch customer service in Portuguese, English and Spanish; via phone and email, to clients of a renowned luxury car brand.

What we offer

• On-the-job training included in your contract. Start day: May 26th.
• Competitive salary according to the teleoperator category + language bonus (€22.500 gross per year).
• Full-time contract (39hs) with a rotating schedule from 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm.
• Monday to Friday schedule – enjoy your weekends off!
• Hybrid modality: On-site 3 days (at the client's offices based in Madrid) and 2 days per week.

What we need

• Native or bilingual level in Portuguese.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Experience in technical support, ideally within the technology sector due to the nature of the terminology used (automotive experience is not mandatory).
• Experience with social media is a plus.
• Residence in Madrid is mandatory (or willing to relocate).
