Formación

• Several years of experience as a Cost Estimator or Proposal Manager.
• Knowledge of international cost estimating standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in demanding project situations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsibly conduct cost estimates for investment projects in all phases.
• Create the foundation for project budgets and sustainably influence CAPEX efficiency.
• Develop and implement standards, instructions, and tools for cost estimates.
• Act as a team member in our global Project Controls Community .
• Proactively share your expertise and drive continuous process improvements.
• Maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders and support professional cost estimation initiatives.
• Capture as-built information for future cost estimates and enter it into databases.
• Work closely with our Business Entities to evaluate strategic alternatives.

Requirements :

• University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field .
• Several years of professional experience as a Cost Estimator, Proposal Manager, or Field Supervisor in the construction of chemical or large-scale industrial plants .
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (FEL, EPC, etc.).
• Proven on-site experience and ability to work under pressure in demanding project situations.
• Familiarity with international cost estimating standards (e.g., AACEI ).
• Expertise in relevant IT tools (Cleopatra, SAP, Oracle, SQL, Python, Tableau).
• Ability to integrate large amounts of data from multiple sources.
• Fluent Spanish and English (German is a plus).
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business.
