The role requires a higher degree in engineering and at least 5 years of cost control experience. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in tracking and controlling invoicing and cost control.
• Experience with projects having budgets > 20M.
• Knowledge of electromechanical installations and FIDIC is a plus.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Cost Controller for our Technical Area of Nuclear Services as part of its activity in ITER to work in Cadarache, France.

1. Identify and collect contract deviations from project teams and contractors.
2. Evaluate customer variance impact assessment reports.
3. Evaluate contractor variances and present them to the client.
4. Monitor and report on the change management process to the client and other relevant stakeholders.
5. Assist the client in negotiations related to changes.
6. Participate in the preparation of monthly reports.
7. Support the claims process.
8. Produce progress reports regularly.
9. Prepare Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) monthly.
10. Lead the contractor change process from evaluation to instructions.
11. Prepare financial forms.
12. Manage the budget at completion.
13. Follow contingency tables.
14. Ensure proper implementation of quality standards.

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a higher degree in engineering (industrial, civil, mechanical, etc.).
• You have at least 5 years of experience in cost tracking and control.
• You have participated in projects with budgets over 20M, with knowledge of FIDIC and experience in an international environment, which will be an asset.
• You have knowledge in electromechanical installations (Electrical, HVAC, I&C, Liquid, and Gas).
• You work well in a team and with technical rigor.
