Zusammenfassung

IDOM is seeking a Cost Controller for its Nuclear Services area to work in Cadarache, France. The role focuses on tracking invoicing, cost control, and change management across international projects with budgets above 20M, ensuring quality standards and robust reporting.

You will join a multidisciplinary, global team and participate in negotiations, IPCs, and monthly financial reporting in a flexible, hybrid environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Higher degree in engineering (industrial, civil, mechanical, etc.).
• At least 5 years tracking and control of invoicing and cost control.
• Experience in projects with budgets > 20M, knowledge of FIDIC and international environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of electromechanical installations (Electrical, HVAC, I&C, Liquid and Gas).
• Team oriented with technical rigor and autonomy.

Aufgaben

• Identify and collect contract deviations from project teams and contractors.
• Evaluate customer variance impact assessment reports.
• Monitor and report the change management process to the client and other stakeholders.
• Lead the contractor change process from evaluation to instructions.
• Prepare monthly reports and Interim Payment Certificates (IPC).
• Manage budget at completion and follow contingency tables.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Cost Controller for our Technical Area of Nuclear Services as part of its activity in ITER to work in Cadarache, France.

• Identify and collect contract deviations from project teams and contractors.
• Evaluate customer variance impact assessment reports.
• Evaluate contractor variances and presented to the client.
• Monitor and report on the change management process to the client and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist client in negotiations with client on change related issues.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly reports.
• Participate in and support the claims process.
• Produce progress reports on a regular basis.
• Produce Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) on a monthly basis.
• Lead the contractor change process from evaluation to instructions.
• Prepare financial forms.
• Manage budget at completion.
• Follow contingency table.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality standards.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in tracking and control of invoicing, cost control.
