A leading company is seeking a Cost Control Specialist who will streamline finance processes and take the lead in developing cost control procedures. Responsibilities include improving existing processes, leading projects, and supporting a team, with a potential pathway to a managerial role. Viking is looking for an analytical person who is passionate about streamlining cost control and finance processes and driving operational efficiency. The Cost Control Specialist will review and improve Viking Travel Care's current processes and take the lead in developing future cost control and invoicing procedures, including steps like case closing, cost control, case corrections, payment, invoice handling, invoicing, reporting, and follow-up. The person will also be responsible for the daily management of these processes.
The position may include data analysis tasks related to cost control and invoicing for candidates with relevant backgrounds. For the right candidate, the position could develop into a managerial role with personnel responsibility for the cost control staff.
