As a Cosmetics Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless procurement of cosmetics products and materials while maintaining optimal supplier relationships. You will collaborate across departments to align supply with demand, drive successful campaigns, and manage contracts to meet our company’s goals.

Please note :

• This position will be based in Barcelona .

What will be your responsibilities?

Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and addressing any issues that arise.

Oversee and manage the procurement and production process for cosmetics products and other necessary materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards and lead times.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to adjust orders based on demand fluctuations.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns with suppliers, working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand strategies.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, financial, and regulatory teams to forecast demand and maintain alignment between supply and demand.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and resolving disputes to foster successful partnerships.

Prepare reports on procurement activities, contract performance, and marketing campaign results, analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in purchasing, demand planning, product and procurement management.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, negotiation and stock management systems.

Ability to analyse and improve business processes for increased efficiency.

Knowledge of international commercial terms, including incoterms and inventory transfers.

Experience managing intermodal and transoceanic shipping, import / export documentation, and related logistics.

Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.

Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
