What will the role entail?
We are seeking a dynamic, talented and enthusiastic entry-level Presentation Designer to join our dynamic transformation office team and create visually stunning and impactful presentations that captivate our audiences and elevate our brands. This role will focus on developing presentations for a variety of purposes, including internal meetings, sales presentations, trend reports, pitch decks, and events.

The Project!

1. Design and develop visually engaging presentations that communicate key messages effectively, using PowerPoint or Google Slides and incorporating brand guidelines and design best practices.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand presentation objectives and target audiences.
3. Design with Impact: Develop visually compelling presentations that align with key business messages and branding standards.
4. Creative Problem Solving: Provide creative design solutions, including infographics, charts, and transitions.
5. Deadline-Driven Work: Deliver high-quality, on-brand designs for high-volume requests with tight deadlines.
6. Simplify & Visualize: Translate written content and complex ideas into clean, engaging visual narratives.
7. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all presentations.
8. Assist in the preparation and organization of presentation materials.
9. Maintain and organize a library of presentation templates and assets.
10. Stay up-to-date on current design trends and presentation best practices, particularly within the fashion industry.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and presentation experience (academic projects are welcome).
3. Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint; Google Slides is a plus).
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
5. Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
9. Able to work with a wide range of content, from data tables to animations.
10. Strong Storytelling: Ability to transform complex information into clear and visually engaging designs.

Bonus Points:

1. Experience with AI.
2. Familiarity with fashion industry trends and publications.
3. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
