Formación

Master Data Governance & Management Specialist

Neuraxpharm is looking for a Master Data Governance & Management Specialist based in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona.

Your mission:

Master Data Governance and Management is accountable for ensuring Neuraxpharm products are supported by embedded data governance and data management practices across its lifecycle. The goals and outcomes of the role will be to increase the maturity of product data in the group through measurable KPIs and applying data management policies. The role interacts and works effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization supported by clear data ownership and stewardship capabilities.

Your major accountabilities:

  • Develops and scales the data governance framework for the data domains across its lifecycle, ensuring it is fit for purpose, has Business Data Owners assigned and generating value to data producers and consumers.
  • Governance of global data standards when populating data into the system and country-specific data standards, if applicable.
  • Code creation/change/extension including evaluation of correct parameters to raise an error free request and set-up of related data.
  • Develops a close and collaborative working relationship with the Business Data Owners to ensure the entire product lifecycle is oversighted and monitored.
  • Support to the business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows, and related documentation changes.
  • Broaden understanding of Supply Chain Management and master data parameters in SAP to actively conduct initiatives improving data quality, compliance and consistency.
  • Support for SAP rollouts including data build, testing and implementation.

We would like you to have:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or a related field such as Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain is preferred.
  • +3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Master Data management.
  • Expert in product data with in-depth understanding of the product lifecycle.
  • Strong subject matter expertise and proven experience within data governance disciplines, data regulations and data management practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Key Capabilities: Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges. Analytical thinking, team player mentality, with organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong influencing expertise to drive new thinking and ways of working. Strong knowledge in SAP Supply Chain Management.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of initiative.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Suite, Power BI, basic programming skills in VBA for Excel / Access or similar preferred.
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish languages.
  • Availability to travel: 10 %.
